After-School care has become a
necessity in today’s busy life where
there are fewer and fewer trusted places for children to go to after their
school day is
done. Working families have a need to have
their children in a safe
environment
where they can not only be looked after, but also encouraged
academically, socially and
spiritually.
Our endeavor is to not be just another after-school program,
but an
after-school oasis of
help and education in academic, social development, physical
achievement and spiritual guidance with
Jesus Christ as the perfect teaching
example. By combining many different opportunities for children it is
believed
that we can provide the best
environment for children and their
families. We feel it is essential to
allow the children to have fun and in the process learn and
build their social, cognitive and physical
attributes that help in rounding out an individual in today’s
society.
BLAST is an After School Program for K-5th Grade Students where we are currently picking up from Robinson, Piedmont Community Charter, Gardner Park, Gaston Christian, Lingerfeldt, W.A. Bess,
Sherwood and H.H. Beam.
We will offer other locations at a later date.
